City Council Fee is for all resident properties including house, town house, unit and apartment etc. It is about $1000 to $3000 per year dependent on the price of the property. (average fee is about $1500-1800 per year)
Except City Council Fee, no other fee apply to house, other fee such as cooperate management fee may apply to town house, unit and apartment etc.
