关于再oz管老板要薪水的问题。

在这个网站上，学到了不少的东东。十分的感谢各位。现在又一点我比较的迷惑：比如，我在澳洲找到一个工作，我期望工资为$2000,我和老板要$2000，他是否每个月就真的给我$2000?等每年的7月份开始保税的时候我只要报上我的全部收入，并相应的纳税就可以了。<br>

象国内一下，每月他会扣一部分的工资，我在每年的7月份还要报上我的全部收入，并相应的纳税 or refund (TUI税)

这是你申报纳税时候的标准，扣税得时候公司按照withholding的rate来扣的。发周薪和每两周发一次薪水扣税的rate也是不一样的。具体的rate www.ato.gov.au上有。

One thing you got to know about this is: in most cases, when talking about salary or package, they are all taxable. That means, the money you can get each week/month is the amount of your weekly/monthly salary deducted by withhold tax. <br>

Given an example as following: <br>

Suppose the salary the employer agree to pay is 52000/year. that's 1000/week, but after tax withholding, you can expect to get something around $750 per week. The withhold tax is an approximate number which could be adjusted by the end of financial year with Tax Return. <br>
<br>
The other small hint is, when talking about income with employer, do make sure it's salary or package. the difference between those two is that the package include 9% superannuation.<br>
