老公是457主申人，为同一雇主工作已满两年，准备转186. 雇主已经交提名，但还未批复：我在看checklist的时候发现如下段落：
Temporary Residence Transition stream
Provide these documents at time of application lodgement if you are applying for this visa through the Temporary Residence Transition stream.
Skills and qualifications (must hold at time of application)
Evidence of your skills and qualifications is in the nomination completed by your employer. You do not need to provide further evidence unless we ask you to.
Registration, licensing or professional membership, if required for your occupation in the state or territory in which you will be working.
Documents from the relevant Australian registration and licensing authorities that show you hold, or will be able to meet, necessary registration and licensing requirements.  The documents must specify both of the following:
the type of registration or licensing held
the name and contact details for the registration or licensing authority.
黑字的部分看的懂，说白了就是emploer做提名的时候已经填了，但请问红字的两段是在此基础上还要求必须有相关执照或者是相关组织的认证吗？还是雇主做提名时已经提到了，所以就满足skills and qualifications的要求了那？
