Happy Friday!

周末鸟，从朋友处偶然得了个香蕉蛋糕的方子，据说是N种好吃，特别拿上来跟各位道友分享一下：

113g caster sugar
100g butter
170g self raising flour
1tbsp bicarbonate of soda
2 large eggs beaten
2 tbsp milk
3 very ripe bananas, mashed

Preheat oven to 180c
Grease & line a 2lb loaf tin
Cream together the sugar & butter
Add mashed bananas and pour in beaten eggs, mix well
Add soda to flour & then add sifted flour and milk to the banana mix a little at a time
Pour mixture into baking tin & bake for approx 45 mins
(Can add a handful of chopped walnuts)

PS：最后加点儿核桃仁啥的散上面，孩子爱吃还营养哦，各位妈妈们试试看，周末给孩子和老公一个惊喜吧！

我还没做呢，有朋友做了，说是满屋飘香，我计划周末做！（如果我儿子允许）
