1. Don't find an agent asking them to provide you choices, but inspect all your interested houses listed in the public market.

3. What you really need is a conveyancer and inspector, no one else is required.
4. As a buyer, you don't pay any agent fee at all. For conveyancer it's about $500 per transaction, and around $500 for the inspection.
5. You don't have to worry about documents etc, it's the conveyancer's job(including split of all the bills etc)
6. Yes I guess so, something called first home owner benefit
Most importantly, you should not be hurry.
