optus的handset repayment/credit 是什么？

今天看了下他家的iphone4s的合约，发现有个 Handset Repayment/Credit 的说法。

比如，49刀的那个计划，签约的话需要每个月额外多花10刀吗 （$10 After your $10 Handset Credit per month)?
这个东东啥意思，有知道的指教一下吧？    谢谢~

这个是他们网站上关于 $10 Handset Credit Per month的说明：
Handset Credit: Approved customers who connect to the $49/$59/$79 Optus Cap or $99 Timeless Extreme with a handset repayment will receive a Handset Credit of upto $10/$20/$20/$20 respectively for each month for the contracted period of their plan to put towards reducing the monthly repayment costs of the handset. If the customer cancels their plan or the handset repayments during the contracted period, the customer will no longer be entitled to the Handset Credit and they must pay the remaining handset repayments in addition to any Termination Fees

你的plan是按49的算，但是为了拿到iphone就要每个月多给10刀
