A grandfather bought a 'You Are 2 Today' birthday card - only to find a note on the back saying: "Not suitable for children under 3." Stunned Steve Lock, of the UK, claims the world has gone "health and safety mad". But a spokesperson from the card company said: "A card is for display, not a toy. It is suitable to be given to a 2-year-old to be displayed on a mantelpiece but not suitable for a 2-year-old to play with."
