I receive an email from ACS with my reference no. and password last week.
I then login to track my progress of the application but it is saying:
"No details found for application 452*** - please recheck your logon and password and try again"

Is this normal? or there is something wrong with my application?

我不是在线申请的，我是邮局递的材料，然后收到email通知，为什么这封email提供的账号密码登陆进去提示没有 details呢？

密码要输进去的，复制的不行
