What if the body examination result has been posted to GZ embassy?

My boyfriend has done the body examination last Friday and when the nurse asked him where to post, he explained all the procedures he might get through, such as handed in the application in person in Guangzhou the upcoming four weeks, and then the nurse said he could post that to GZ, rather than Sydney.

Not sure whether this is correct? What if it is not correct, what would the GZ Embassy do to the result??????????
