关于移民的工作经验

acs已经pass了，两个职业的modl
现在申请只用了最近的一个
旧的那个职业，我把工作证明弄丢了，现在想让hr重新开过，可惜hr现在非得要把intern写进去如下

不知道这样行不行，还是有intern字样就不行啊？移民局会不会因为这样而作废这些工作经验阿？
