一起做工的朋友申请移民，现在需要给移民局回信，请TZ帮下忙，给翻译下，帮忙的都给分。

原文：我在9月24日将评估材料邮寄到XXX机构，经过查询，在10月3日时得到签收的信息。并且在10月15日左右，收到了由XXX机构邮寄来的签收确认信，同时我在10月中旬又进一步查询结果信息，被告知结果信已经在10月15日邮寄出来了，而到目前我还未收到结果信。我怀疑是在邮寄的过程中丢失了，所以我申请再一次发结果信给我。

如果能帮助协调下中文与英文的语序等，更感谢了。

Thank you for your prompt reply to my inquiry of the result of my application for visa xxxx.
You had mentioned that the result had been posted on Oct. 15th, 2008. However, I have not received the letter up to now, which is highly likely to have been lost during the delivery.
I would appreciate if you could send me a second copy of the letter.

不知道你朋友寄了什么评估材料，是否是寄给移民局的？还是职业评估？如果移民局收到评估材料是寄出接过信的必要前提条件，则不必再提。

I am writing to check the status of skills assessment.

On Sept. 24th, I mailed all the materials  requied for the skills assessment to XXX and it has been confirmed that the package was received by xxx on Oct. 3rd as I received a confirmation letter from XXX on Oct. 15th.  I made an inquiry on the status of assessment and I was told that a decision letter was sent out on Oct. 15th yet I still have not received it.   

I would suspect that the decison letter was lost for some reason and I would really appreciate it if you could re-send me the result of skills assessment.
