Java                                                      - be a competent J2EE developer with 2+ years experience
Tomcat                                                 - (have worked using the platform)
STRUTS                                                - lots of experience with the framework 2+ years experience
JSP                                                      - demonstratable experience writing JSP's, has used JSTL
DHTML                                                 - be familiar with DHTML and cross browser issues
Javascript                                              - 2+ years experience
Custom Tag Development AJAX              - a nice to have - not critical
Web Services                                        - have written applications that are client clients of webservices (not necessarily written the web services as well, thats a nice to have)

技术要求不高,适合刚来的同志积累LOCAL EXP.

如果有兴趣,最好按照要求改简历,侧重WEB DEV,尤其是JSP和JSTL.
