请教个VPN的问题（manaul key/ESP)

手头有一个Moxa G3150 HSDPA工业路由器。用的是Manual key/ESP方式连接VPN，如果公司用的是MS的服务器做VPN拔入接口那么在MOXA路由器端要怎么设置，MS服务器又要如何设置？
