谢谢鼓励。
我现在正在学习中,还有很长的一段路需要走的。
Cairns之行还是很有收获的,特别是

爬了昆卅第一山,
澳卅第一大瀑布,
在澳卅第一干净整洁的海滩Palm Cove上行走和
在Port Douglas的4海里海滩上游泳。

见帖子866,869和871 for selected photos.

Walking in Canberra, especially with PM at PH, is quite different experience.

Wish to walk at the same place within 10 years if luck.

Luckily, walking again in Canberra before this weekend, but with Q at PH. This will be another different experience.

This Sunday Oct 23 2011 we are going to walk at Mt Kuring-gai Chase National Park to prepare next Sunday (Oct 30 2011) "Oct 30, 2011 7 Bridges/7 Villages Walk at Sydney again" .

This Sunday Oct 23 2011, we are going to walk at Mt Kuring-gai Chase national park between Wahroonga and Berowra.

Wahroonga – Bobbin Head – Apple Tree Bay – Noname Bay – Lords Bay – Warrath Bay – Berowra (18-20 KM, 5-6 hours, medium grade)

The Bobbin Head section of Ku-ring-gai Chase NP has an excellent network of walking track. It is possible to walk from Wahroonga to Mt Kuring-gai following the Gibberagong (Governor), Birrawanna and Mt Kuring-gai tracks. Having picnic lunch break at Bobbin Head is great enjoyable moment in Spring. After lunch of one hour, heading to Berowra along several bays such as Apple Tree bay, Noname Bay, Lords Bay and Warrath Bay will take other 3 hours. The last part of track prior to Berowra has over several hundred meters ascent.

It is another different experience to meet, talk and walk with Q, PPand PM at PH of Canberra this evening October 21 2011.

Being fitting and healthfulcould live longer with quality life, which at least apply for Q and PP.

How many of us could luckily live over 80's in this world, without regular outdoor activities?

夏天快要到了。

如果能在夏天的爬山徒步中能有可口的冰镇西瓜或冰镇饮料包括冰啤酒,我想大家一定会非常开心的;
