2012年5月5日至6日跟一个local 爬山徒步俱乐部SBW里的Owen,Michele,Don,Melanie,Michael,Catherine,Melinda,Viginia 走了一个真正的在野狗山的徒步路线并扎营。
我们9个人爬山、过桥、爬走草地，4次脱鞋子走50至80厘米深的河流，晚上扎营在河边，点着火，看着天上的满月和星星。
野狗山确实是除野狗和local农场主其它人不会去的地方。这里的好多路线必须经过他们的农场，好在他们的爷爷奶奶曾经是俱乐部的会员，留下遗嘱给后代俱乐部成员可以走他们的私人领地，这点很值得我们学习。

我们第一天走了18.30公里爬高480米用6个小时；第二天仅走了6.53公里爬高830米用了5个小时。第二天才是真正的爬草原草山和爬山岩，比较危险，但很过瘾。这才是真正的爬山，以后会经常参加他们的活动，偶尔我们自己也可以这样。

This Sunday May 13 2012 we are going to easy walk at Lane Cove National Park of Sydney in the morning and noon and another easy walk in Wahroonga region to see maples in the afternoon.

Lane Cove Tourist Park River Circuit (12 KM, ca 330 Meters Ascent, 3-5 hours, Easy)
This walk follows a large section of Lane Cove River. The walk follows the Riverside Walking track up the Lane Cove River to De Burghs Bridge. From the bridge the track winds back along the hillside on the other side of the river. The track then passes a few historic buildings, and the Visitor Centre, before crossing at the weir and returning to the Tourist Park. There are plenty of grassy picnic areas along the way and the Boat Shed sells snacks
