身份证明资料：
一、Your identity
Certified copies of the biographical pages of the current passports or travel documents of all people included in the application (these are the pages with the holder's photo and personal details and the issue/expiry dates).所有申请人的护照首页（带照片那页）复印页及公证。
Two recent passport-sized photographs (45 mm x 35 mm) of each person included in the application.两张45*35照片，需包含头部和肩部，白色背景，照片后打印名字。
These photographs should be of the head and shoulders only against a plain background.
Print the name of the person on the back of each photograph.
A national identity card if you have one.身份证
If your name has changed or the name of anyone included in your application has changed: a certified copy of evidence of the name change.如果曾经改过名字，要有公证。
另外，如果你提供不出这些身份证明，那就要提供别的证据证明你的身份。
二、Your relationships
Certified copies of marriage certificates or relationship registrations for you and anyone else included in your application, even if they are not joining you in Australia.结婚证复印件及公证（即使他们不跟你一起来澳洲，也需提供）
If you are living in a de facto relationship: independent evidence that you have been in the relationship for at least six months (for example, joint bank account statements, billing accounts in joint names or joint ownership of major assets).如果是事实婚姻，需提供证据
If you or anyone included in the application has been widowed, divorced or permanently separated: a certified copy of the death certificate, divorce documents, or statutory declaration separation documents.如果是丧偶、离异或分居，需提供各种证明。
三、Your children
Certified copies of birth certificates or the family book showing the names of both parents of all your dependent children.出生证复印件及公证，或者其它能证明亲子关系的证据
Evidence of financial dependency for all your family members aged 18 or older (such as evidence of current studies):如果18岁及以上，还需提供以下证明
a certified copy of their birth certificate and proof of their relationship to you
proof that they live in your household
proof that they have been financially dependent on you for at least the 12 months immediately before you lodge your application.
If any dependent child included in the application is adopted: certified copies of the adoption papers.收养的孩子需提供证明
If you want to bring a child younger than 18 years of age with you to Australia, and that child’s other parent is not included in the application, you will need documentary evidence that you have the legal right to bring that child to Australia, such as:（18岁以下的申请人，父母中的另一方不同时申请的话，需提供书面授权证明）
certified copies of official legal documents, such as a court-issued parental responsibility (custody), access or guardianship order
statutory declaration (80KB PDF) giving their permission
Form 1229 - Consent form to grant an Australian visa to a child under the age of 18 years (125KB PDF).
If you use Form 1229 or a statutory declaration, you will have to attach a certified copy of the other parent’s government-issued identification document (such as a passport or driver's licence) with their photograph and signature.
四、Health and character documents
If you are required to undergo health examinations, you must organise your health examinations upfront before lodging a visa application and include your health identifier (HAP ID) when completing your visa application form.如果需要体检，在提交签证申请前需体检，填写签证申请表格时，需体检机构署名。(不都是在预签信下发的时候才去体检吗)
If you have confirmed that you do not need to undergo health examinations by using My Health Declarations, please indicate on your online application form that you have organised your health examinations when lodging your visa application (as you are considered to have met this requirement).如果你以My Health Declarations（不确定是什么形式的声明）声明无需体检，请在线提交申请表格上表明你在提交申请时已体检过了（你已经达到了健康要求）
Evidence that everyone included in your application has adequate health insurance in Australia. Provide any one of the following:有证据表明你在澳大利亚时有医疗保险（满足以下任何一条均可）
a signed letter from a health insurance provider (140KB DOC) 保险公司提供的暑名信（有模板可供下载）
a Medicare card or receipt of enrolment with Medicare 已经申办了的医疗保险卡或者收据
evidence of adequate health insurance (including travel insurance) 有医疗保险的证据（包括旅行险）
if you are from a country with a reciprocal health care agreement with Australia and will be eligible for Medicare when you arrive here, evidence of adequate health insurance (including travel insurance) to cover you until you enrol in Medicare 如果你的国家与澳大利亚有医疗保险互惠协议（一共10几个国家享受这个互惠协议，中国人就不要想了）
evidence that you hold a passport from the Republic of Ireland.（证明你是爱尔兰公民）
Evidence that everyone included in the visa application has applied for an Australian Federal Police National Police Check if they are at least 16 years of age and have spent a total of 12 months or more in Australia since turning 16 years of age.如果年满16，并且在澳超过一年，需澳洲警方提供一个证明。以下是具体相关条款。
The AFP National Police Check Application Form is available from the Australian Federal Police website - either an online form or paper form. Visa applicants should tick Code 33 in Section 8 of the form. Fingerprints are not required.
You will be issued with a 'National Police Check' certificate which will have 'Complete Disclosure' in the heading if your AFP police check application is successful.
Police certificates from each country in which anyone in your application has spent a total of 12 months or more in the past 10 years since turning 16 years of age. Provide the original certificates and keep a copy for yourself.年满16周岁，在近十年里居住满12个月的国家，都需要该国警方出具一份证明。

If anyone included in the application has served in the armed forces of any country: certified copies of their military service record or discharge papers.如曾经服役，提供服役记录及退役文件。
按论坛上的经验，健康及无罪证明都是在预签通过的时候提供即可。
