Sorry to hear that, but looks like you have no idea what you are going to be in the future, purely driven by the job opportunity and income, this is no quite right.
You have to decide which specialty is more suitable for you, if you are doing well in that area, you do not need to worry about the job. On the other hand, if you are not doing well, will it help if you come to look for a job?
To be a MBBS, you are going to put double or triple effort for study, and extra long time as well, does it suit you? What if you can not get into medical school after all those effort?
Do you want to be a dentist, do you have patient to look after other people's crap teeth all day?
Does it matter with more income but you are not happy for what you are doing?
