我所见到的进修都是通过本地的熟人联系的，就是当地医院科室出邀请信，再申请签证就行，绝对没有基金资助的，除非有工作签证，外科的短期工作签证，IELTS可能要8以上。

我在中国做超声医生，想移民澳洲，在国内能联系到澳洲的雇佣单位吗？是不是移民后，一定要参加相应的培训、通过考试取得执业资格才能工作？如果雅思过不了四个7，是不是只能走475签证，移民过去后先找个不是超声的其他职业做，然后边工作边读培训课程，通过考试才能做sonographer？澳洲大城市sonographer紧缺吗？

If your English is good enough, you probably can start looking for work in Australia, but even if you find a work, you can only work in that hospital unless you pass the exam.
Sonographer is not in the shortage in the big cities, you may need to looking around.
You can do some other works before get start with the sonographer work once you are here.
Bear in mind, the work is quite different here, one patient alone needs 30-40min if come for Cardiac Echo.

If you want to be a physiotherapist here, you might have to get into the course in the Uni.
You need certificate to do the practice, without training the chance to get the certificate is minimal.

As the qualifications is the same elsewhere in Australia, the quality of the service would be equivalent as well, this is very different from China.
If you wish to be a sonologist, you should be a medical specialist in the first place, like
Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (FRANZCR)
• Obstetrical and Gynaecological Ultrasound Subspecialty (COGU)
• Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, FRACS (vascular)

melguy,你好，我今天又拿到了master of pharmacy的offer,听说pharmacy studnets有点over-supply，请问是不是这样， 如果读的话， 是不是很难找到internship,能谈谈吗，我有意想decline it.  想来年栟一下的dentistry or Mbbs,我知道MBBS就业是100%的， 如果dental的话， 毕业工作如何啊，今年亏了，早知道我就考Umat了。
最后， 是不是dental要好考一些啊，出来的工资是不是比GP低啊

Sorry to hear that, but looks like you have no idea what you are going to be in the future, purely driven by the job opportunity and income, this is no quite right.
You have to decide which specialty is more suitable for you, if you are doing well in that area, you do not need to worry about the job. On the other hand, if you are not doing well, will it help if you come to look for a job?
To be a MBBS, you are going to put double or triple effort for study, and extra long time as well, does it suit you? What if you can not get into medical school after all those effort?
Do you want to be a dentist, do you have patient to look after other people's crap teeth all day?
Does it matter with more income but you are not happy for what you are doing?
Sorry for speak out, sit down and have a good think about that, wish will help.

I am  all right. sorry, you  don't make sense.  job opportunity and income are two factors for selecting jobs. Yes, they are not the only factors for choosing career but obviously they are very important points.  I cannot get information from other places because I graduated and trained as a engineer before. All of my friends and workmates are engineers or technians. They don't know anything about health or medical aspects. Just like both of us,  when we graduated from high school, do u know how about your further major, what you would study in UNI, what you would do in the workplace. I just ask and for some help. That'all. I am so tired as a engineer. I am so tired for working in a big company and struggling promotion or lay-off all the time.  It's the main reason for me to switch my career to health area.  
for these reaons,  at this moment, I try to knock the door and see what it is inside. And then I will do my best to pick a major that  I can get-in  and also I love .  Anyway, thank you for your suggestions. I will think about it.

Understand now,  have you put your hands on preparation for the Umat?
You have current offer already, I suggest to take it, MBBS is something much much hard to get.
Dentistry is not easy to get in as well, but compare MBBS is much easier and take less time to finish.
For the job opportunity, it is getting harder for all health professional in the future.

申请了昆理预科加本科医学影像OFFER迟迟不发,结果只发了一年预科,晕!
想申请科庭预科加本科医学影像,校方说预科没相关课程,只接收本地读的高中生,
现在只剩RMIT和南澳大学了,读本科医学影像的希望渺茫啊!国内的高中想读医学相关的专业好难啊!

我男友从悉尼大学毕业的本地心脏专科的注册医生，比我的其它高薪的朋友，医生这个工作在澳洲太辛苦了，一周差不多100小时在医院了，而且是无条件必须到岗的，他是从小身体好，能撑得住，很多人都被累的没有心情去享受生活了。 最近他准备转到其它小一点的医院，也许好点吧。

急问各位，据大家了解，在澳洲的医院是health information manager好找工作还是orthoptist呢？（在无PR的情况下）
工资待遇，发展前景等等各方面又如何呢？
因为澳洲新改的移民规定，必须在毕业后1.5年里面累积够1年工作经验才可能申请PR，这样我就不得不先考虑当地就业的问题了~

为什么中国医生都在墨尔本，悉尼的有吗？
上周眼睛怀疑是针眼去学校外面看了个医生，竟然medicare card 只能cover 50%,医生告诉我不用眼药，回去热敷加按摩就ok了， 这还是我第一次看病不开药的啊。

请问楼主是哪科的医生啊，最近看paper遇到点问题，请教下啊

我是学medical image的，毕业后想干mri，能否直接申请这类职位？
master of mri这类课程好像都是针对在职人员的。因这类课程不提供实习，但是有工作时间的要求。
我不知道该如何进入这一领域。
