'it' 是指哪些对他的批评和谴责，

他的意思是， I don't care ...我对这些事情比较不关心，做我的工作可以了。

比如你发帖，可能引来论坛各路人马的攻击，You just get on with it. 你继续在论坛玩，不会这些攻击动肝火什么的

我真正开始学英语是很晚的，但是很迷。
我愿意读natives 写的文， 很多小词之类的，连同上下文，
第一次可能有点模糊的懂，三番几次再读到，
自己就感悟出来了，

作为外交大使，我代表着澳洲的利益，实话说，我才不在乎这些事，你只能泰然处之。

get on with sth=get along with sth 相处?
