Following on from our visit to XXXXX(咖啡店名,此处隐去)[suggest you consider that as the name of the business?!] I have listed below a few comments and observations we made yesterday;
Survey tenants in the building with simple one-page questionnaire regarding type of food and coffee they want access to?
You have major focus of tenants in health and wellbeing and hospital/medical fields; this is likely to suggest they will look for healthy food options.
Also there are likely to be a majority of women staff in the building; they tend to focus on vegetarian options, so you might look to set up a weekly ‘specials’ offering including vegetarian foods
The odour from the deep fryer is strong; you can minimize this by ensuring the filter system and extractor fan is cleaned regularly and the oil used is changed before it has the chance to get ‘old’ and inefficient. It should also be vegetable based and not tallow based.
The front window and glass areas are a bit ‘cluttered’ with ad-hoc stickers and posters. Suggest they be gotten rid of or put somewhere within the shop
Talk with the local council about getting bike hoops installed at the front of the shop and then focus some signage to attract early morning cyclists for coffee and a quick breakfast. [Your prices are very good already so don’t lower them any more!]
Look for a line of drinks or food items that can not be found in other local cafes and work with the supplier to promote them to your customers
