Crown's Christmas Spectacular is exactly that. SPECTACULAR!
Each year, Crown is proud to present Australia's largest and most spectacular display of Christmas decorations.
Continuing a true Melbourne tradition, Crown will again amaze guests and light up the grand Atrium for Christmas this December.
The six-storey high Christmas tree will return, accompanied by cheeky animatronic characters, thrilling and enchanting both the young and the young at heart.
This year, a new 'Big Top' animatronic feature will be introduced to the show. The elaborate, scenically designed circus tent feature will theatrically expand, revolve and open up to reveal various scenes of Christmas that are sure to surprise and delight.
In addition, a sprinkling of Christmas cheer will reappear in Crown's West End, spreading the festive spirit throughout the entire complex.
The launch event for Crown's Christmas Spectacular will occur on Sunday 21 November 2010 - 11.00am - 12.00 midday in The Atrium at Crown.
The show will then run until Sunday 2 January 2011 - Every 30 minutes from 10.00am until midnight.
In addition to this the CHIME choir is proud to be performing their 14th consecutive year in Crown's Christmas Spectacular. Join in with them when they sing many of the Christmas carol classics or dance along to the more cheerful Christmas tunes.
