這等於凍結非優先類別！

应该就是这个意思。配额虽然没有减少，但如果优先级没有用完也不是说就一定能轮到非优先级别的。

一点可能都没有，8月大部分没分CO，等明年老鬼门上班再说了。8月的普通136\138肯定受影响，早就预言，到09年圣诞前结束。

当初为了赶上91，ACS问我要不要评MODL，我一口否决。
现在等了这么久不说，还扯这个？我C它澳大利亚移民局大爷。
好了现在安心了，不去也罢！

我们还是去年7月的呢，到现在还没有准，分了vo背调过，非modl acs，会不会受影响呢？？？
马上就17个月了啊~

个人解读：对已分VO和IELTS已熟的TX，快做ME和补未刑等材料，通过贝雕或免调，即可Finalised 而Grant Visa，移民局毕竟让史上有这么多人已等了16个月！！！

我估计8月的tx差不多1月1日前都应该分到vo
否则，就不敢想象了
估计不可能的

LZ,按照上面的话，我是否可以理解为：91新政后的175，已经分了VO的，是不受影响的？
