各位版主,我想应聘Draftsperson 的工作.我在国内是搞机械设计的,对Auto-Cad和 Pro/engineer的运用很熟练,对Unigraphics和 solidworks也会基本运用.就是没有建筑方面的绘图经验.想问大家,Draftsperson 的工作包含设计的工作吗?想进入这一行业,需要读怎样的课程?有哪位TX是做类似工作的,可否帮忙指教一下,如何才能进入Structural CAD draftsperson这一类的行业.谢谢大家.

1、英语对于真正的accountant来说非常重要,不论从哪个角度分析,这个关你一定要过,过不了,就没有希望做professional了。怎么过?当然自己要联系英语,看电视,阅读什么的,找人说英语。还有就是要多参加面试,练多了起码面试英语可以过关!当然,没个面试前都要好好准备,最好把所有预设的问答,你要举的例子,都用英语写好,改好,自己朗读背诵,这样可以给到自己信心。也只有自己有信心了,才能给到别人信心!

2、按照你的简历所述,尽管你没有qualification,但是做AR是绝对没有问题的,而且,你还应该去争取AR team leader的角色,关键是,你要晓得自己有什么skill,广告中要求什么skill,梳理好这些才能把建立好像拼图一样fit in,并且给对方你很match这个职位的感觉,才会有意愿跟你见面。我想,AR的contract工作有很多,你大可以多做几个,积累本地经验,然后争取拿到AR team leader的职位!

3、CA的全称是Chartered Accountant,是澳洲历史最悠久的会计师专业组织,跟国内的职称没关系,可以跟CPA对比,但是CPA的门槛低一些,所以,会员也多一些。你目前应该还不具备报考CA的条件,先不要着急。但可以考虑把bridge course读了,这个可以参考论坛中的其他帖子。

不要泄气,只要是尽全力,就没什么遗憾的。机会总是给准备充分的人逮住的。

^_^ 化工我大学毕业就没有做了, ^_^ 我倒是我的专业挺好的,但是转成英文面试啥也不会,

这个我不知道多少才算speedy typing,但如果你都不知道,也没去查过,就还是不要写,省得别人问起来意外出丑。

你可以考虑面面quality assurance,靠chemical背景的可能你更有优势。算是一个建议,尽管试试看,总比做data entry好呀。

偶觉得对方是招聘一个食品包装流水线的维护人员。我highlight出来几点要求,你要想办法在你的简历中突出这些单词,突出你的这些技能。目前你的简历写得太详细,描述性得东西太多。让人看上去不是一目了然。要好好地精简。诸如什么地方得机器,bar pump精确到0。001g都不是应该在简历中写得。其实很多东西你得简历中都说到了,比如设备维护,调试,risk managment, 这些要突出。另外看上去你没有食品行业设备维护得经验,这会是你得弱点。

记住简历不是自传,只要能给你带来面试就可以了,不用把那么多技术术语堆上去。人家要什么你写什么。

确实,我倒还没有真正准备过面试时候如何回答,都是临镇发挥的.

1.请问QQYANG ,如果我投AR的职位的话,需要将我别的职位经历给删掉吗?
还是必须申请一个职位 改一次简历啊?

2.我感觉SEEK 和MYCAREER上的广告招聘几乎都是假的啊,根本就没有这个空缺职位,仅仅是中介为了储备人才才搞的,还有听别人说,中介付给网站的广告费是一年的,所以不登百不登,这样的说法,您怎么认为呢?

3.COVER LETTER 是不是就简单的写几句话就可以吗?

就象这样:

你可以考虑面面quality assurance,靠chemical背景的可能你更有优势。算是一个建议,尽管试试看 ...


呵呵,我也能贡献一把了.

我老婆第一次去中介就被测试了打字速度.分为typing speed和Data input speed两种, 前一种就是给你一段文章连打10分钟,后一种就是给你大量的数字打10分钟(小键盘),然后软件会纪录你的成绩,当然是扣除错误后的数字.

前一种一个小时2万多次key stroke大概是80 words/min, 后面估计要打1万多个每小时才能写上去.

作为经验不多的毕业生,找工重点不是简历,而是勤劳。因为中介是不会帮你忙的,所以你要多跑,多问多联系。其实就是一个体力活。动员一切周围的关系帮你找机会,哪怕免费实习也好,入门最重要。入门了就好了。

你的经历很不错,但简历要重写,因为你做过的东西很多,所以可以申请的位子很多种,从trade finance到credit都可以申请,要根据职位要求准备几个版本,同时请好好浏览一下工作室的那么多帖子,看看怎么突出重点,你的优势在哪里。怎么写achievements。多到seek.com上去看看这里的广告要求再改写

今天很忙,找不到没整块时间。先答你第一个问题。

你不用删掉其他的经历,但是要把跟这个职位有关的经历优先排放。在最前面的personal profile里面只写跟职位有关的优势和经历,要按照job description的顺序写,也就是按照重要性原则的优先次序写。

其他的,我看明天能不能答。对不起了。

用词过于罗唆,不够精简。每一句话,改写的时候想一想这句话能给你带来什么,传达给对方什么增加你value的信息。这样反复几遍下来就好了。改好了让人看10秒钟,告诉你他记得什么。中介看简历也就看10秒。如果不抓住他们眼球,这份简历就过去了
