I am not surprised about this statement, from a person who thinks kids being bashed by parents is a normal thing. You grow up from this nasty family, survived with the price of your dignity and self-esteem. This experience shapes your understanding of the world as being screwed up by whatever authority, no matter by evil or good purposes, is all good. To you, crushing other's believes and against other's will are fine, as far as it is by some kinds of authorities.
I sympathise you, and many other Chinese people like you, who lost their capability of thinking independently during their childhood, as if not giving up selfawareness, they would have been through huge trauma from the family violence, just like me. To me, you are a poor little dumb thing, I can't be bothered to discuss with someone who is numbing the pain by denial the pain and thus haven't gained his mental independency yet. |
