這是一首清淡感傷的英國民歌，訴說著一段雋永而感人的愛情故事，這首歌曾作為第40届奥斯卡提名影片《畢業生》（The Graduate）的插曲，旋律優美婉轉，深深觸動人的心靈深處。

rosemary (迷迭香)，象徵「忠誠」；有「請你不要忘了我」的含意。
thyme (百里香)，象徵「勇氣」；有「得到勇氣繼續邁向未來」的含意。

有几种不同的演唱，男声唱的与女声略有不同词，音乐都一样

西蒙哥的版本可以配上魔戒或者冰与火之歌制作个MV，该版多出来的副歌又有不同的意境，表达的主旨更丰富。
