请教海外开户westpac？welcome pack？

各位同学，你们在westpac海外开户后的welcome pack是多少天收到的啊？

我在26天前在westpac网站申请开新户，当天就收到了账号，email我说15天内邮寄welcome pack给我国内地址，但是还没有收到啊？

我鼓起勇气拨打了800，对方说没有邮寄的tracking number可以查询，只能申请resend welcome pack。让我再等2-3天，银行专员给我电话确认住址。

于是我重新研读了原文。发现其中的描述是posted within 3 weeks，不是will arrive within 3 weeks。效率还是真低啊。

Thank you for opening your accounts with Westpac.
This email provides important details of your new accounts including next steps.

What you need to do next.

Your Welcome Pack, containing a copy of your Customer Account Opening form, will be posted within 3 weeks.

Initially, you'll only be able to make deposits using the BSB, Account No and Westpac SWIFT code WPACAU2S.

To make withdrawals, a signed Customer Account Opening form and identity documents need to be provided and verified by us. All details are included in the Welcome Pack.

You can complete this, either before moving to Australia, or after arriving at any Westpac branch.

寄到国内，可能要一周至一个月，也有丢失的可能。

其实也可以到了澳洲当地再开银行账户吖，很快的，1小时不到就搞定了，然后再让亲戚从国内汇过来就可以了。
