请教一个面试问题，针对职位IT Project Manager。如下是feeback：
After talking to her I believe that she has more experience as an Oracle EBS Payroll consultant than as a PM. The projects she has managed have been small in terms of team size, and sometimes quick and I didn’t get the feeling that they were complex.
--How to convince them I have the ability to manage complex projects? What is complex project?
Personally, one of my quality is to make things easy and explain them in a simple way.
When I asked questions relating to payroll configuration, testing and implementation I was more convinced about her relevant experience. However, not having Australian payroll knowledge is a hindrance. I would suggest she do some training, such as offered by TAPS, to get familiar with AU payroll legislation and regulations, and the processes used at month and year end for tax and superannuation, employer reporting requirements, FEE HELP, SFSS, salary packaging, etc.

如何应对所谓的Australian payroll knowledge/hands-on experience？
I’m sure She knows Oracle EBS payroll very well, and with that knowledge would be more employable as a payroll implementation or support consultant. |
