lock是指锁定在某家运营商里，只能用那个运营商的sim卡。unlocked就是随便你用哪家的sim卡都行。

我是买家，我要求发货，卖家一直不理我，邮件也不回复，你认为这种行为，不是骗子是什么？

是的。而且我估计就是某个卖家注册的马甲。以后不能再从没有成交纪录的新卖家那儿买东西了。

paypal 已经结束了对这起交易的调查，将 AUD960 退回了我的 paypal 帐号。

如果950刀的话，估计在国内也有可能买到水货3GS了。价格现在是5k RMB左右。
