Bad News for CSL

I called DIAC today and asked the operator for my status. According to the operator, I was allocated to a Case Officer and he has done the assessment with my case, and there's no need to provide any further evidence. However, he cannot do anything further as there's a large amount of applicants of Government/Employer sponsored needed to be process in priority. Then, I asked when my case be processed and he said I might have to wait until August!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In addition, I told him it was pretty unfair because I heard that some applicants who lodged the visa early this year have granted their visa. But I've been waiting for 11 months and get nothing. The operator said this was what he could do for me at the moment.

Totally disappointing with DIAC.

今天打去移民局问了我目前的STATUS。 那个人CONFIRM说我已经分了CO，而且他已经完成对我的CASE的评估，也不需要补料。 但是他说CO还不能给我VISA，要等到8月左右，因为还有大量的州政府担保和雇主担保类的要处理。于是我说这样不是太公平，有些人也是885的，年初递的都拿到VISA了，我还要等那么久都拿不到。他说他能做的就是这么多。

哎。。。我中文表达得不知道清不清楚。。。晕`

感觉那个接电话的蛮认真的，除了问我PASSPORT号，还特意问了我IELTS的成绩。。特意帮我看了CO的ASSESSMENT，不错不错！尽管我打了20分钟才接通了~

Priority should be the key point for issuing the visa according to the policy, not the IELTS score. Event though CSL is the 3rd priority, 2 higher ones are standing before you. I know it hurts, but that's the real world.

Yeah I knew that. But if you are accountant without IELTS 7s, you will not on critical skill list.
I was just responding to the one who's been waiting for 22 months and still not grant his visa.

那如果不停的有州政府担保的case出来，那我们是不是就要不停的往后挪，这也太不公平了吧！！

是不是分到每个CO手上的case不平均呢？
换句话说，有的CO手上priority 1、2的case少，那么自然他手上的CSL就快了。。。
纯属瞎猜。。。

为什么我的CO回复的信里面说，分co以后，不分优先级了，叫我不必用州担保了

从前面这阵分CO情况来看，这个调整不是很奇怪。只是希望真的8月就可以开始啦，而不是再等...

他没有说是一样的啊。只是说真正的benefit。
有了csl确实不应该要state sponsorship了。

现在虽然很多分CO的，但是都没有下签，没有秒签，我觉得有可能确实要拖到那个时候了

他们的承诺就是这样从5月底改到6月底然后再改到8月底的。

是不是到7月份要改csl了啊？我上次发给immi的信也叫我monitor他the website?

这里说any changes
that may be made to application processing over the next months.”就是下个月有可能有改变。现在csl的太多了，他们要把一部分的去掉了。
问题是，预签了的怎么办啊？

这个说的是分配情况吧？而不是处理吧？
