non-migrating child体检问题

你好，有没有人和我们一样的情况，CO已经open our case, and 要求我们提供我老公女儿的体检，但我们没有加他女儿为non-migrating family member, 但CO看到我们485申请时有记录，问题是我老公已经没有和他女儿联络3年了，而且他不跟他前妻联络有3年了，我们不可能安排他女儿的体检，他女儿在他们国家，请问我们应该如何提交证明，我们无法安排他女儿的体检，如何做可以waive 他女儿的体检。

请问有人能帮我们么

你的情况跟我差不多，以下是我问CO可不可以waive，然后他过了2个月回我的邮件，正文内容如下，供你参考：

If you are unable to arrange for your child to undergo the required examinations please provide evidence that supports this claim.
Evidence that can be considered include your attempts to contact the other parent, a statutory declaration, court orders or parenting plans.  Alternatively, you can provide the other parents contact details so the department can verify you claims.

补充一下，我是提交的半个月电话、邮件、微信、短信等联系的内容和记录，自己翻译，并且包括对方的联系方式一起提交给CO的，也不知道CO有没有真正的联系对方，反正过了七八周左右就直接下签了
