101签证填写问题请教

正在填写101签证的相关材料，遇到一些问题，请过来人赐教：

40CH：
Q6：如果选Pamanent resident of Aus的话，需要attach proof of length of residence，这是什么？护照上短登的出入境时的盖章页可以吗？
Q9： Othere ways to spell the child‘s name，这又是什么？没有的话是空着还是写N/A？

47CH：
Q24：我们是为二宝申请的101，大宝已经和我们一样都有PR了，那这个选项我该选Yes？
Q25：这里需要填写的是大宝的信息吧，那最后的Migrating with you是选Yes还是No？我的理解是大宝已经获得了PR，觉得应该选No，对吗？
Q32：这里是填短登的信息吗（包括日期和visa number）？

1229 CH：这个表格还需要填写吗？我们和大宝已经是PR，感觉好像不用填的样子。

1229 ch 是必须要填的，这个是下签的必须条件之一。之前我打电话问过移民局，他们就是只羊和我说的。

1. 关于1229表，要求提供：copy of each non-migrating parent’s ID card
我的问题是： 中国的身份证复印件需要翻译并公证吗？ 如果提供的是护照复印件，需要翻译并公证吗？

2. 47CH表: Part E – Health

这里应该选No吗？

3.
