请问186雇主担保员工部份申请递出时会发bridging visa吗?

目前人在澳洲
如题，刚知会manager说我学生签证visa 3月15日会到期，所以跟他说需要赶快递交担保提名
如果我没错话，雇主提名申请跟员工申请是可以同时申请的
我想知道是不是我的员工部份申请递出之后就会拿到过桥签证?
