The employee and his union have applied for a hearing at the Fair Work Commission which is the independent authority on such matters. We will continue to focus on our number one priority; the safety of our customers and each other.

Thanks for your feedback. Glad to hear that you put customer safety first.
But first of the first should be the safety of those customer who play by the rules and behave themselves properly. For those who play dangerous games and jeopardize other customers' safety should be treated different, even they are still your customers. The employees who do what is necessary to maintain the order should be praised, for they are protecting most of your customers' safety and they truly placed customer's safety on top, not just covering ass. And this should be common sense.
