看到一篇08年的考题，
nowadays, many old cities are rebuilt and redesigned in order to make them look modern.
Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of this practice.
我比较没把握的是，论述的重点，应该是“rebuilt and redesign"的优势劣势，还是“in order to make them look modern”的优劣势?
如果是后者，感觉好像可以写劣势是，“只是为了看上去更现代，而忽视了实用价值，有可能带来一些其他的问题”。
但是如果是前者，就完全不一样了。
