The Home Power Savings Program is a government initiative for those with a Health Care Card/ Pensioner Concession Card which involves an assessor going to your house and giving you up to $200 worth of free energy saving equipment. If you're a renter, you'll receive 4 light bulbs, 1 energy saving powerboard, 1 thermometer, 1 shower timer, two door snakes. If you're an owner, you'll also receive an additional tap aerator, window seal, door seal, and an optional energy efficient showerhead.
