2008年底提交的申请，2012年孩子出生，2013年12月分配CO，这种情况下是不是意味着不需要另外付费呢？
当然我的CO蛮BT的，所以我还是把1436表先准备起来了。

应该是不需要。因为：
Additional Applicant Charge
The additional applicant charge becomes nil when the base application charge for your application is nil.

英语原话明确说明：申请的时候没孩子，分配application前出生的，通通不用新缴费。

谢谢啦，不过现在我们正在做vet评估，老婆怀孕了，等到elodge完了后边分co的时候，都可能怀孕7,8个月了。还不知道co会怎么说呢。有帖子说可以跟co申请推迟等孩子生了加进去一起。按照你给的这个说法的话，加孩子进到我们的申请中就不用额外交钱了。这样好啊，一个附申还1800刀呢。嘿嘿
