【求助】关于体检表格上护照问题

我有一本因公护照，使用出入境过。
因此在elodge的时候，在“是否有其他护照”的时候，填写了因公护照的信息。
但是当我点击体检链接，生成体检表格时候，体检表格的护照信息显示的因公护照，而我提交elodge时候，登陆使用的护照写的是因私的。
想求助一下，我应该怎么办？
是否用因公护照去体检，会不会CO到时候对不上我的体检报告？还会有什么其他影响？
还是等CO现身以后，与CO沟通了，体检表个人信息改成因私护照信息，再去体检？

感谢。
去体检了，医生说帮我修改，但是我看上传的体检表还是因公的护照。
不过医生说，CO是按照HAP来找的，护照只是证明身份，不会有什么问题。

I am writing to you today in relation to an enquiry received by the department's Global Feedback Unit (GFU) on 4 November 2013, regarding your General Skilled Migration (GSM) visa application. It appears that a technical problem has resulted in your other passport being listed as your preferred travel document. I have rectified this in our systems and your passport with number Gxxxxxxxx is now showing as the primary travel document. I apologise for any inconvenience or stress this may have caused you.



Our records indicate that your health examination was finalised on 6 November 2011 and are linked to your pending subclass 190 application. That you undertook the medicals using a different passport will not cause any delay to the processing of your application.
