1 关于移民监5年住满2年的问题。请问对第2年有时间要求吗？比如我的签证是11年7月到16年7月 ，是在此期间只要满2年就可以续下一个5年吗？还是要住满签证时间的最后一年（15年7月到16年7月这一段）？
2 我有个朋友和我说 现在夫妻双方要分别坐满移民监才可以 而不是之前只要一人坐移民监 伴侣也可以获得下一个5年。他的朋友男方是已经入籍的澳洲公民 女方则是PR没有住满2年 女方签证到期去澳驻中国大使馆续签的时候被告知不能续签 除非现在马上回澳洲呆着（因为签证还有3、4天到期）。后来使馆给女方一个1年的往返签证 必须马上回澳洲一直居住去满足条件 如果下一次再满足不了 就会被cancel掉PR身份。
请问 移民监的最新政策是怎样的？了解最新政策的TX 帮忙回答一下。谢谢了。

你说的是申请另一个五年RRV的居住时间要求么？

1，只要5年内住满两年即可；
2，夫妻双方是分开算的，连孩子都是分开算的。也就是说，pr拿到以后每个人都是分开算的。每个人要续签就要5年内待满两年。不满的话以前可以claim你跟澳洲有经济、文化、个人的联系可以再拿5年，现在这个签证改为一年。

关于PR大家有个误区是，5年的签证到期就不能留在澳洲了。其实这是不对的，PR是让你5年内进出往返澳洲，但是可以无限期留在澳洲，也就是说你只要到期前回到澳洲，就可以无限制留在澳洲，只是不能出去 ，出去就进不来了。但是你只要留到重新满足前5年内住满2年，你就又可以申请155了。

谢谢3楼的回答。明白了 第一 就是五年内住满两年，就算出澳洲也可以申请RRV回来。没有哪个时间段2年的问题
第二 这个五年满两年 家庭每个人都 是分开算的 。

第二点：好像不完全是分开算的，可以申请Three months 或者Maximum one year的返程签证，PR一般不犯罪不贩毒威胁国家安全之类的不会被cancel的。
至于能申请到3个月的还是1年的返程签就看个人的情况了。
