维州城市选择！

Geelong离墨尔本市中心约70公里吧，坐V/line到墨尔本市中心约1小时。不算偏远地区，衣食住行各方面不逊色于墨尔本。

Geelong 是偏远地区，我确定，因为我登录时也要求到偏远地区。geelong是我认为最好的偏远地区，现在很多人因为签证要求登陆Geelong.

Geelong不属于melbourne它是vic省第二大城市，上网搜一下，你会喜欢geelong的

我对119签证对偏远地区的规定不是太清楚，兰舟说得应该是对的。估计在对签证要求上的规定，Geelong列为偏远地区。

高度推荐geelong，我们在那里住了两年，老二也是那里生的。除了气候不那么好，其他我们都很满意，至今不舍得卖房子，打算退休再回去。
有城市的便利也有小镇的温情。海景漂亮胜过墨尔本的st kilda,有大学，医院，还有百年名校geelong grammar，推荐 geelong west, belmont,warun ponds 区，避开norlane，north geelong 的大部分（和 geelong west 相接的几条街还不错。）corio最好也别去

Geelong必须地，海边城市，还比维州其它城市繁华，去大洋路的必经城市，旅游shopping居住都很宜人，火车45分钟到墨尔本，新开通Geelong Ring Road吉拉德那个虎妞还去剪彩了尼，号称高速半小时到墨尔本。要说繁华有不同意的，你比比Geelong和其它城市的shopping centre就一目了然了。教育有澳洲顶尖私校Geelong Grammar,英国的王子来了都选那里，公校推荐Highton,Ballarie Primary,Belmont high,公校Geelong第一，几年全Geelong高考状元都是华人孩子就读于Belmont high的精英班，那个精英班是考试进的。如果居住推荐靠近Deakin Uni 的waurn ponds区域，算是文化区，有个教会学校也在Highton，推荐，学费也不贵，christian college,那里的白人很正统。校园就像电影里一样漂亮。
