119雇主担保开始工作时间的疑惑
For 119,The employee must meet the following obligations.commence employment within six months of arriving in Australia or within six months of the visa grant if they are already in Australia
remain employed in the nominated position in the regional area for at least two years.
For 187,The department has the power to cancel your RSMS visa if you have not made a genuine effort to
commence employment with your RSMS sponsor within 6 months of:
• your fi rst entry to Australia if you were granted an RSMS visa while you were outside of Australia, or
• the visa grant if you were granted an RSMS visa while you were in Australia.
7.1后的187比之前的119在雇员义务方面写得更具体了.
我是119,一直在中国,是不是表示我在第一次达到澳大利亚六个月内开始工作就可以了?而不必在下签后6个月内开始工作?
