如题,水平有限勿喷,FYI
我发的:
Glad to receive the email from you. Thanks very much for you quick response.
But I have a little problem on the Health Clearance for my wife who is the secondary applicant of my case. She has been pregnant since July, so that it might be a big risk for her and the baby to undertake an X-Ray examination. I have uploaded Form 1022 about a month ago, also have I posted enquiries to explain the situation.
I do not know what I can do to proceed with the further processing of my application under such circumstances, so I need some instructions.
The baby's due date is around April, 2012, FYI.

We can halt the application until the birth of the child then add the child to your visa application.
Or if you want you can try an find a doctor who will conduct the x-ray.
The choice is up to you.

Thanks so much for you patience.
How to make the application halt? Do I have to do something? Because I noticed the 28-day response time frame.
Also, do I have to provide further documents to cover the period from now to the time when the application is resumed processing? I mean the work experience certificate or anything?
One last concern: if there is any changes in priority groups, will it affect my delayed case? Or my application would be processed immediately after I added the baby?
Looking forward to your reply

No problems I will halt the application. There is no requirements for you to do.
I wouldnt conduct health exminations or obtain police checks until the child is born as they are only valid for 12 months.
It wont affect your processing as you have already been allocated to a case officer.
Once the baby is born I will require a birth certificate and passport then I will added the child to the application.
Once the child is added i will make a request for health and police checks. |
