Question 1)
In your current position, who are your customers? How do you know you and your team (if applicable) are meeting their needs?
My customers are Equity Capital Market Devision (ECM), CommSec Marketing team, Other CommSec Insight Analytic team members and the other teams of CommSec.
My customers vary and it depends on which project I am involved with and the needs of the customer.
I would know needs are met by having ongoing communication on what is working and what is not working. By having ongoing communication you can resolve issues as they come up.
Question 2)
What, in your opinion, are the key factors in maintaining successful customer relationships? Please give examples of how you ensure your team are guided by these in their role?
Effective Communication, such as start identifying problems areas and sectors that need improvement by asking questions.
Customer Care, always make myself available and reachable to customers and treat them politely and efficiently.
In my previous experience at CommSec, I kept having ongoing communications with my customers, identifying the changes of their requirements, then I adapted my focus and my strategy in order to meet their expectations. I also listened to my customer, no matter how busy I was, I paid attention to them and their needs.
第一個問題的答案是一個老外朋友幫我回答的,第二個問題的答案是我在網上找的。現在雇主不但是問行為問題,而且把這個提升到了一個理論的高度,不要說我沒有受過這方面的培訓,就算是知道答案,以我的英語水平,我可說出大致意思,但是要想像我的老外朋友說的那樣老套,以我目前的英語水平,10年以後吧。
我能說英語,我的英語夠用了,但是還遠遠談不上老套,而且很多語言問題,說白了實際上是文化範疇的問題,即便是語言上去了,文化上還是需要時間。好誇張啊。怪不得非IT的人,非搞技術的人難找工作呢,雇主招聘的時候著重考察的就是這個Culture Fit。膚色不同,語言不同,文化不同,行為方式不同,我們的軟技巧很難被這裡的雇主所認同。 |
