从房东那边直接租的低价房可靠吗？

昨天在 www.share-accommodation.net 上面贴了广告说想租两间房。
没想到今天就有四五个人联系说有房。基本上都是三个房间的apartment，想租两间出来。
其它的还好，就是价格比论坛上及其它网站上面看到的低很多。
这几个人，房子都在sydney CBD, pitt st, sussex st, 等。要的都是500到700一个月，水电全包。
我怎么觉得在其它地方看到的都差不多要这个价钱，但是是每个星期的？
都有给照片的。其中还有一个连自己的照片也给了。
有一个共同点就是房东好像都是本地的单身女人。
想问问大家这种情况是正常的吗？想不通有什么理由租金会比其它网站上低这么多。
会不会骗了押金，不给住房子啊？

500,700一个月两间房？还在市中心。
等于市中心一间房一周租金只有70几块？
绝对是骗子，不要理他。
前些天在布里斯班同城版块看到有人租房子也遇到价低好房，通了几次邮件觉得是骗子，然后把邮件贴出来给大家坚定，都说是骗子。

lz，考虑安全和实际点，建议还是论坛里找个靠谱的中国人的房子短租，来了再好好找，异地租老外的房子不容易。

问题是有好几封信了啊。地址内容照片都不太一样。
难道是说骗子很多？
邮件上看来，除了价格以外，其它看起来还正常。先有一段自我介绍。再说房间。
就是对房子的描述看起来像是从其它网站上贴过来的一样。

有一个说得很好听，说人在伦敦training。会把钥匙寄给我。
可是半夜三点了还在回信。
这个网站不会是骗子自己开设来骗人的吧。
我估计应该不是骗押金，可能是骗资料之后去银行取钱的那种。

为了回报大家，就把信的内容贴出来。
看起来英文语法还不错。权当学学作文吧。
其中除了价格以外，还有时区（人在伦敦，两三点还在回信），
出租理由（说是financial needs，那就应该租贵一点），
让用skype还不要，非要打电话。
这个不让看房子的理由编得不错。
我在猜其它的是不是如果我说要去看房子，是不是都要推说人不在了？

Thanks for the reply and for your interest in my apartment. Can I know when you would like to move in please? I asked this because I need somebody that would like to move in as soon as possible or able to book for it now. I'm currently in London UK for a long training from work. Just got a new job and I'll be here in training for the next six months.

I actually want to rent out two rooms out of the three rooms in my apartment because of my financial needs here and I don't want to leave my apartment empty for such a long period of time too. So, I need somebody that would like to move in as soon as possible before the end of my training here.

You can go take a look at the apartment from outside and let me know if you're ready to rent my apartment. All I can do is make arrangement for the documents through my solicitor because I have my keys here with me and as soon as my solicitor is able to complete the lease agreement, he will send them to me so that I can sign my part and I will forward it to you to sign you part too. I will send the keys to you via courier post next day delivery as soon as all necessary documentation has been completed and you can move in immediately you get it there.

I dont know how often you check your email but if you're willing to secure my place from what I have told you above. I would need these information below to prepare the lease agreement for you.

Name in full, Contact address, Phone number, Occupation, Age, Sex, Preferable Move in Date, Marital status and Total Period of rent/Stay.

Make sure you leave your correct phone number please. I only have access to the internet anytime but I can't use my phone here. I can only call you in the night after all training sessions is over and I will even need to call you when its time for you to move in.

I would need you to give me the information required which I listed above, so that I can forward them to my solicitor to prepare your lease document and email them to you as soon as possible. I will make available scan copy of my passport too and send them to you as soon as you're willing to rent my place.

另外一个不知道算不算得上疑点的，就是email都是有名有姓的。
而且看起来都是成功人士，三十左右就一人在cbd买了一个三房的apartment，
但是我上linkedin上面，就是找不到相对应的人。
我觉得像这种人，应该都会很注重推销自己的。
难道是linkedin在悉尼不受用？

新闻曝光过了。基本上是以低租费来吸引租客，然后以种种理由在没看房前让租客给他们汇钱。等你汇钱了，就拜拜了。

骗子特点是 邮件被判定为spam，人不在澳洲要寄钥匙，要求使用westunion汇款，房价特低，房子特好，邮箱随机申请的，看房前先付几周押金的。

建议从domain这样的网站上大致了解一下那个区的房租平均价，低得离谱的肯定是骗子，贵得离谱的不理他就是了。

你设想一下，如果你在CBD区买了一个很贵，很漂亮的房子，你忍心把它廉价租给一个邮件上联络的，从没见过面的人吗？
除非还有1%的可能，这个Ruth是真的Christian，非常nice善良，想做好事，把房子低价出租。但如果那样，她要是要你看房前打款给她，那她就不是真的nice，那房子低价肯定是有问题？
所以楼主要证明很简单，问她能不能看房前不汇钱给她。

上回我要賣一台摩托，就有人寫信說要買，但是不能親自交易，要線上匯款，跟我要銀行帳號。

一口就被我回了，天下哪有人買車不看車的道理? 而且是二手車-----

同理可証，租房見不到房東，沒看房子，沒立合約，談都不需要往下談，浪費自己寶貴時間罷了。

所有的騙局基本原理都是一樣的，利用人的貪念，貪東西便宜，貪圖賣個高價，貪想投資賺錢，天下哪有那麼多餡餅?

還有更多好笑的，一封MAIL說我美國有一個親戚，要讓我繼承大筆遺產，要我跟信內律師連絡，這個夠扯吧?
