第一个，好说让同事写一个。
第二了，我已经上传了平常每月发的工资条（就是一长条的纸，每个月一张，我都攒着呢但是有的个别月份没有了）而且自己翻译个第一个月的工资条项目，看来是不行。那我怎么办？？？？
第三个，麻烦，我问过我们那是08.03月才单位才给个人上税的，原来都是集体上的税，所以到地税局我只能打08.03以后的税单，但是我需要从06.04月之后的。那怎么办呢？？？
第四个，合同，我在医院，按理说应该个人和单位都有一份合同但是我问了问同事，大家都没有，然后我在人事处那里找了个熟人，找到了合同，照了照片。但是原件拿不出来也没法公证呀。如果我找翻译公司，给我的照的合同翻译一下行不行？让他们给我一个纸质的结果。是不是合同必须公证呀？

二、  工资条自己重新打一份，再翻译一份英文的，请财务盖章。

三、 说明具体情况，请税局开个证明。

四、 合同应该是要公证的。  你要熟人把合同偷偷拿出来去公证呗， 有不违法， 你好好谢他就行了。

non-accredited translators overseas should be endorsed by the translator with their full name,
address, telephone number, and details of their qualifications and experience in the language
being translated. Please note that, where applicable, the copies of both the original document
and the translation must be certified as true copies.

c) Evidence that your employer contribute to your provident fund or social insurance

没说工资条要由什么人事部门或是财务开．单位盖章很麻烦，我就只提供了工资条和专业公司的翻译文件．
