新开发的区，还算比较方便，附近有火车到city，离海很近

缺点是附近大区不好，pt adelaide等周边地区治安什么的都差一些。new port quays是典型的新区，不是典型的澳洲住宅，反倒像中国，开始过渡一下可以，常住不推荐
