1、VIC Sponsorship Application: Only CV submitted (2008/10/18)
2、VIC Sponsorship - Grant: Life Scientist -NEC - a 50-point Professional (2008/11/21)
3 CDGDC Verification: Bachelor of Medicine (2009/01/28)
4、VETASSESS Application: Master of Health Sciences (by research) The University of Melbourne (2009/02/02)
5、VETASSESS Assessment: POSITIVE (2009/02/19)
6、IELTS Lodgement: Academic (2009/04/25)
7、IELTS Results: Academic L: 7.5 R: 8.0 W: 6.5 S: 7.0 (2009/05/11)
8、Personal Documents Certified: Based on DIAC website guidelines (2009/05/11 - 2009/05/22)
9、VE-176 Application: e-lodgement - Primary applicant and spouse (2009/05/12)
10、Documents submitted online: e-submissions (2009/05/13 - 2009/05/23)
11、VE-176 Application: Application being processed further (2009/05/29)
12、VE-176 Application: Case Officer: Anna Radford - Request for further documents (health/Penal Clearance and Spouse English Language Requirement) (2009/06/01); Other documents all met
13、VE-176 Application: Response (2009/06/03): Request VAC2; Response (2009/06/11): Health Exams Finished and Penal Clearance Documents (China); Response (2009/06/19): AFP Panel Clearance
14、VE-176 Application: Health Requirements finalised (2009/06/24)
15、VE-176 Application: Suzanne Jarrett (on behalf of CO Anna Radford) - Request for VAC2 (2009/09/01)
16、VE-176 Application: Response to VAC2 (2009/09/11)
17、VE-176 Application: VAC2 Charge (2009/09/17) and receipt - Tess Manego (DIAC Admin Unit)
18、VE-176 Application: Grant (2009/09/18)

整个流程11个月，签证申请至获批4个月。本人服务于外资医药公司，研究新药人体试验（Clinical Pharmacologist），3年教育后工作经验；教育背景为医学学士，墨尔本大学医学院研究生文凭+硕士（研究）；配偶：幼儿教师，教育部注册教师+9年教育后工作经验；教育背景为幼儿教育大专+成人本科。
