请问,在dealer那里买车,RTA transfer的钱到底谁出?

刚在丰田的dealer那里买了辆2007年的corolla,感觉价格和质量都很不错,交了500定金.
不知道最终的RTA transfer的钱到底谁出呢?

我定的车2007年corolla,交了500定金,在truscotts toyota used car买.
一共是14500刀,觉得还行,开得也不错,但是没有太仔细地去查车况.是个不小的失误,去提车的时候要好好查一遍.
谢谢你的提醒,换刹车片.
送3年的保修,半年的rego,满箱油,原厂脚垫.

我查了查这车的RTA History Check,其它都没有问题,只是这句:
There are registration concessions on this vehicle. Additional charges may need to be paid when the registration is
transferred to a new owner. (For example, if a pensioner sells a vehicle, and the pensioner concession does not apply
to the new owner, the new owner must pay the difference in registration charges on the remaining registration period.)

Usage records
This vehicle has been registered with the following usage types in NSW.
PERIOD OF USE USAGE TYPE
5-Jun-2007 to 24-Aug-2010 Business
25-Aug-2010 to present Held for resale by motor dealer

我是从dealer那里买的,最后也是注册在他那里,那还用去交additional tax吗?

这些都是谈判和讨价还价的。
但交钱买车之前就要讲清楚。
我买车也是在dealer那，就是实付多少钱他们把手续全部办好，我去都没去办过户，约好时间直接拿车。

没有经验啊,才来悉尼一个月,这些手续都是在看了合同,回来查了以后才知道的.
