175需要提交的 A completed and signed application Form 1276.
是一定要用笔来填写， 而不能电脑编辑好了 -- 打印 --签字吗？
How to fill in this form?
You must:
• complete the form in English;
• print clearly using a pen;
• answer all questions truthfully and completely; and
• provide supporting documents where necessary.

我只能告诉你，这个是纸签需要填的表格，电签就不需要了……

谢谢解答， 我的问题主要 Focus在， 这个表是在电脑上填好打印， 还是一定要用笔填写
我也考虑电签--看来就不需要啦

电子申请网上填的就是ONLINE 1276， 所以你就不要填了。
