今天老板提到要找一个.net developer，3-6月，with a potential to convert to permenent. （其他方面的具体要求没记住。）
此公司是个小IT公司，in payment industry, 大部分员工是local, 但developer team中外国人居多（!= 中国人居多）。
薪金方面，举例说明，一个Fresh graduate with Master Degree （computer science in a reknown Australian university）, 50K。
