Try to make fun from the learning. Do not push yourself too hard.
Unless you feel happy you can hardly stick on the learning.

Enjoy your learning English, Don't make it feel like in school.
If you don't like the TV shows, leave it on and find something else to do, sometimes the speakings on TV will suddenly come to your mind.

Find anything you are interested in English, magazines, books, websites, blogs, and enjoy it.

If you can make fun when learning English, it's great chance that you'll learn faster and can stick to it longer.
