190可以加母亲为副申吗？

我现在offshore申请190签证，副申包括配偶子女，想问一下可以把母亲加为副申吗？父亲早已去逝，母亲现在没有收入来源，就是和我们家共同生活并照看孩子。我还有个弟弟但没有正式工作，没有承担供养母亲。

我看官网可以加为副申的其他家庭成员有如下要求A family member can be your parent, brother, sister, grandparent, grandchild, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew or step equivalent.  For any family member that you include in your visa application, you must provide evidence of their:  relationship to you dependency on you relationship status (whether they are married, in a de facto relationship, divorced or separated). This evidence includes:  a certified copy of their birth certificate and proof of their relationship to you documents showing that the relative lives in your household documents showing that your relative has been dependent on you for at least the 12 months immediately before you lodge your application. Your family member will be considered dependent if all of the following apply:  they do not have a spouse or de facto partner they usually live with you they are wholly or substantially reliant on your financial support for their basic living needs (food, shelter and clothing) they are more reliant on you for support than on any other person or source they have relied on you for at leastthe 12 months immediately before you lodge your application. If your family member is divorced, legally separated or widowed, you must provide certified copies of supporting evidence, such as:  the document of legal divorce the document of legal separation the death certificate of the deceased partner.

哪位热心网友可以帮我解答下，我怎么准备这些证明啊，我母亲的户口还在老家，如何用户籍文件证明她现在由我们家供养，如果证明我弟弟没有共同供养？

你在定期按时提供生活所必须的资源，如钱，食物，服务等等，需要证明文件，如银行汇款单，保险账单，水电煤气单等等。 最好有定期给你母亲账户汇款的单据，我知道你一般都是给钱，不太好出具。

我觉得你主要集中在证明
1.你母亲没有收入来源。
2.你的母亲跟你生活在一起，已经有几年了。这点很重要。 要求至少12个月
3.你的兄弟姐妹没有参与照顾你母亲


总之一句话，如果没有你的母亲就无法生存，这样她才算你的dependant，否则都不算。

证明材料越多越好，如果通过不了，你的申请貌似会被拒签。因为dependant都算是家人一起申请，一个拒所有都要拒，下次你在申请这次会留记录。

如果lz的情况比这个更复杂，建议仔细准备，190如果申请被拒签，下次州担保基本很难邀请。  单独申请母亲过来 需要额外4万澳元， 但是143 这种parent 签证从人道主义考虑 对检查会松很多，比如说体检什么的，更容易批。

谢谢大家的回复，我是主申，现在副申里是老公和孩子，只是想借宝地问问是否有加母亲的可能性，已经做好以后再申请排队移民的准备

老实先拿到全家的190 再想办法给母亲办团聚吧.

有过印度人申请带dependant monther的， 不过证明一定要全，要不然后期证明不了你会愁死

it is possible, you really have to prove that you mother's life depends on you, then she  can be added to your application as a dependent. like LS said, it has been done by some indian applicant.
